Typically, the falling off is triggered after a while when the installation is finished. The invisible quality or construction issues will emerge after the temperature fluctuation due to seasons. Four factors should be blamed for the accidents.

1. Unqualified Materials

Many suppliers sell shoddy products as premium ones for higher interests, whose adhesion performance is so weak that leads to the potential security risk. 

2. Irrational Design

To pursue an excessively decorated exterior wall appearance, some builders adopt many heavy decorative materials on the insulated system without stress analysis and calculation before construction. This finally causes the decorative layer to be too heavy, resulting in shear forces that cause the insulation system to fall off.

3. Construction is not standardized

Some of the management staff or workers lack training and are not qualified at standard regulations. They conduct the construction barely on their experience. Thus, issues like the adhesive area of the insulation board do not meet the specification requirements or the failure to conduct acceptance treatment on the grassroots walls and low-temperature construction exist and finally cause problems.

4. Lack of Supervision
