The ship is the world's first backhoe leveling and dredging vessel developed and built by Rizhao Port Machinery Industry Co.,Ltd.（RPIC）It is a non-self-propelled engineering ship with 4 positioning piles. The ship has an excavation platform for deep water caisson wharf. The slate stone bed leveling operation is suitable for working under the condition of water depth of 20m or less and stone weight of 2-30kg, meeting the construction requirements of 600m2 of 8 hour flattening area.
