Recently, Shandong Port Equipment Group (SPEG) successfully delivered six dust-free cleaners to Weifang Port, which submitted an excellent answer for the smart and green construction of Shandong Port.

The GWQ series dust-free cleaner developed by the company is specifically designed to solve the dust problem of bulk cargo in port areas. The bucket capacity is about 1.1 cubic meters, and the air processing capacity can reach 3500 cubic meters per hour, which is equivalent to providing fresh air circulation for 140 households per hour. Compared with traditional wet cleaning, it can save more than 80% of the cost and achieve a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.

In order to overcome difficulties in uneven areas, unsafe reverse, and incompatibility between dry and wet areas, the R&D team has adopted a closed cleaning operation mode of motor direct drive rolling brush & high negative pressure recovery for the sweeper, transforming cleaning into vacuum suction, made no dust, splashing, and mud residue during work, which can effectively prevent secondary pollution.
