The project is the first domestic hydraulic steel pile and trolley system with automatic lifting function, which can automatically adjust the ship height with the tide, ensure that the whole ship is in a semi-floating state, and significantly reduce the impact of wind and waves on backhoe dredging operations; The innovative research and application of Dredge dredging monitoring system has realized the dynamic monitoring of dredging mechanism, which can monitor the depth of excavation and calculate the volume of dredging, and can meet the requirements of centimeter-level high-precision positioning; Equipped with the backhoe dredging working device with the largest dredging depth in China, boldly adopted Weldox960 high-strength plate to transform the digging arm, and innovated the welding process of the digging arm with a yield strength of 960MPa thick plate, which reduced the weight of the digging arm, and successfully improved the power output capacity and operating range of the ship-borne excavator. At present, the project has achieved industrial application, which can be used for 300000 tons and waterway construction and dredging, achieving efficient operation efficiency, reducing the negative impact of blasting and other dredging methods on the environment, and achieving good economic, environmental and social benefits.
