19 Sets of Automated Track Cranes Finished Delivery Successfully by SPEG

On 2nd September, the last two sets of 41-ton automated track cranes got its landed offshore, embarking on the success of the new generation of container yards stepping into the final stage of construction. The cranes, designed and manufactured by SPEG, were exclusive for Qingdao Port's fully automated container terminal, which will help the working efficiency and intelligence move to a new level.

Since the first R&D of the port equipment for Qingdao Port in 2016, SPEG has accumulated rich experience and delivered 58 sets of automated track cranes in total. The 19 sets this time include 16 sets of traditional track cranes,2 sets of lightweight rail cranes, and 1 large-scale rail crane. The design team adopts the new cutting-edge technology, the most precise positioning technology, the high-end auto-control technology, and the remote-supervision method, so as to assure the equipment’s prominent performance and the world-leading level.

SPEG quayside crane enjoys great popularity in China, which has passed a level-A License for manufacturing. Our product scope covers a series of automated control and conventional control quayside cranes with a lifting capacity of 80 tons and below and a forward reach of 70 meters and below. At present, nearly 30 units have been successfully delivered.

Level A manufacturing License has been awarded, covering manufacture, installation, transformation, and maintenance. More than 170 cranes have been delivered successfully.
