On June 25th, the delivery ceremony of reclaimer for the process engineering in the south area of Rizhao Port was held in Rizhao base of Shandong Port Equipment Group, marking the project construction entering a new stage of equipment installation. This is a wonderful step in the coordinated development of Rizhao Port and Shandong Port Equipment Group, and also a new achievement of Shandong Port Integration Reform and development.

The process engineering of Rizhao Port South District is one of the key projects for Rizhao Port to realize transformation, upgrading and high-quality development. It is also the foundation for building a "new level of global bulk cargo operation". Since its establishment, Shandong Port Equipment Group has vigorously developed high-end intelligent equipment and actively participated in the automation transformation of traditional port terminals. In February this year, Rizhao Port and Equipment Group signed the general contract management consulting service contract for 27 stackers / reclaimers in Rizhao Port, which provided a solid guarantee for the early completion, early operation and early efficiency of the Southern District process project.

Since last year, Rizhao Port has carried out all-round cooperation with the Equipment Group to build bases and carry out projects. Personnel and management of Qingdao Port Machinery Co. ,Ltd and Rizhao Port Shipbuilding and Machinery Co. ,Ltd are fully integrated. Rizhao base of the Equipment Group has begun to take shape and has large machine manufacturing capacity. It has successfully manufactured the first complete machine of reclaimer and handed over a successful answer sheet on the coordinated development of Shandong Port and the Equipment Group and the integrated development of various bases of the Equipment Group.
